Magic Ears is is a new an online English school based in China, and is in great need of teachers!
Students are mostly aged between 5-12 years old.
We are urgently looking for native English-speaking USA/Canadian teachers with ESL certifications or teaching experience or both. A degree is not required but is a plus! If you have never taught before but have an engaging, energetic personality, apply with an introduction video to show us you have the right stuff and you may still be considered!
Our educators teach English lessons online to students in China. Classes contain up to 4 students in our innovative teaching platform and the class length is 25 minutes.

PC Requirements
- A well-lit, clean & quiet environment with a kid-friendly background;

Work hours
- Mon-Fri: 6:30pm-9:00pm (Beijing time)
- Sat-Sun: 10:00am-11:30am (Beijing time)
Contract
- Contract length is for 6 months
- Performance incentives and raises are evaluated quarterly
Salary
- Earn between $18-$26 USD / hour
- The monthly salary shall be paid on the 10th working day of the next calendar month
- Teachers can be paid through online bank transfer or PayPal
